Two-component water-based rubber asphalt crack filler is a new cold-applied material specifically designed for road crack repair, waterproof sealing, and preventive maintenance. The product consists of Component A—liquid rubber asphalt material—and Component B—fine sand particles—and is applied after mixing and stirring the two components in the specified ratio.

The mixed material exhibits excellent fluidity, fillability, and bonding performance, enabling rapid penetration into cracks to form a flexible and dense waterproof sealant layer that effectively prevents rainwater infiltration and further crack propagation.

Instructions for Use

1. Crack Cleaning

Remove dust, soil, loose particles, and debris from inside the crack.

2. Hybrid Materials

Mix the liquid component and fine sand particles component thoroughly in the specified ratio.

3. Crack Injection

Slowly pour the mixed material into the crack to ensure complete filling.

4. Surface Leveling

Use a scraper or trowel to level the surface.

5. Natural Curing

Traffic can be opened once the material has cured naturally.
