Construction Method
1. Crack Cleaning
Before construction, clean out dust, dirt, debris, and loose particles from the cracks. If necessary, a blower or heat gun can be used for cleaning.
2. Heating Crack Sealant
Add the hot-melt road crack sealing adhesive into the equipment melting tank, and heat it to a flowable state suitable for construction.
3. Control Temperature
During construction, maintain a stable material temperature to avoid insufficient fluidity due to low temperature and prevent material aging caused by excessive heat.
3. Inject into cracks
Push the equipment to move along the crack direction, evenly pouring the melted crack filling glue into the crack.
5. Surface Finishing
Use a scraper or discharge nozzle as needed to finish the surface, ensuring the sealant bonds smoothly with the road surface.
6. Cooling Open Traffic
After the material has cooled and solidified, traffic can be opened.
