Hot melt road crack sealant is a high-performance hot melt material specially used for road crack repair, waterproof sealing, and preventive maintenance. The product is made of high-quality modified asphalt, high-molecular polymers, and anti-aging materials, with excellent low-temperature flexibility, adhesion, waterproof performance, and anti-aging properties.
During construction, the material is heated and melted using specialized heating equipment, then injected into the cracks. After cooling, it forms a highly elastic sealing layer that effectively prevents rainwater, sediment, and debris from entering the pavement base, reducing further crack expansion and extending the overall service life of the road.
Products are widely used in road maintenance projects such as expressways, municipal roads, bridges, airport runways, industrial parks, and parking lots.

วิธีการก่อสร้าง

3. Heating Material

4. Crack Filling Construction
