Hand-push asphalt hot melt crack sealing machine is a lightweight road crack maintenance equipment, mainly used for heating, melting and crack sealing construction of hot melt road crack sealing adhesive.

Compared to large tow-behind crack sealing equipment, the hand-pushed crack sealing machine is smaller in size and more flexible in movement, making it suitable for small construction teams, property maintenance units, and road repair contractors.
The equipment typically adopts a hand-pushed structure, equipped with a heating kettle, thermometer, discharge valve, and a crack filling scraper nozzle or crack filling gun. It can heat hot-melt crack sealant to a workable state and directly inject it into the cracks, forming a continuous sealing layer to prevent rainwater from penetrating the base layer and to slow down crack propagation.

Before construction, dust, dirt, debris, and loose particles in the cracks should be removed. If necessary, an air blower or heat gun can be used for cleaning.

3. Control Temperature
During construction, keep the material temperature stable to avoid insufficient fluidity caused by too low a temperature, and also to avoid material ageing caused by too high a temperature.

Push the equipment along the direction of the crack, and evenly pour the melted crack sealant into the crack.
5. Surface Finishing
Use a scraper or dispensing nozzle as needed to smooth the surface, ensuring the sealant bonds smoothly with the road surface.
