Two-component waterborne rubber asphalt crack sealant is a new cold-applied material specifically designed for road crack repair, waterproof sealing, and preventive maintenance. The product consists of Component A: liquid rubber asphalt material and Component B: fine sand particulate material. Before application, it should be mixed by proportion and stirred.

The mixed material has good fluidity, filling and bonding properties, and can quickly penetrate into cracks to form a flexible and dense waterproof sealing layer, effectively preventing rainwater penetration and further crack expansion.

How to Use

1. Clean the cracks

Remove dust, dirt, loose particles, and debris from inside the crack.

2. Mixed Materials

Thoroughly mix the liquid component and the fine sand particle component in the specified ratio until evenly blended.

3. Inject into cracks

Slowly pour the mixed material into the crack to ensure full filling.

4. Surface Leveling

Use a scraper or trowel to smooth the surface.

5. Natural Curing

After the material has naturally cured, traffic can be opened.
