Product Details

Working Principle: Explains the "pressure-activated" mechanism — compaction activates the polymer-modified asphalt, aggregate interlocking locks in place, and bonds with the old pavement. Over time, solvents volatilize, and strength continues to increase.

Core Advantages:

  • Zero heating → saves equipment cost All-weather → Not limited by weather conditions Instant traffic opening → does not affect traffic Compaction sensing → compaction is bonding Ultra-long shelf life → unopened 24 months
  • Multi-purpose → potholes, trench backfill, cracks, etc.

Material Composition:

Polymer modified asphalt + Cold patch additive Graded aggregate (crushed stone, sand, filler material) biodegradable softener Zero VOC, no diesel solvents

Construction Steps

Step OperationKey points
1 Clean out the pit Remove loose material and accumulated water, trim edges neatly, minimum depth 25mm
2 Adhesive coating layer (optional)Dry/dusty surfaces can be sprinkled with water or coated with emulsified asphalt.
3 filling materialDirectly pour into the trench, superelevation 10-15mm
4flattenUse a shovel/scraper to spread evenly
5 CompactionPlate compactor > Hand tamper > Vehicle rolling, deep pit layered compaction (each layer 50mm)
6 Open to trafficOpen to traffic immediately after compaction, avoid concentrated static loads within 48 hours.
